Pictures!

Little behind on Project 365, sorry! I'll be updating for days 12-17. I have pictures from yesterday and today but unfortunately I took them while my card was in my computer. So they're in the memory on my camera, but I don't have the cord with me to access it. I'll be able to post those when my stuff comes from Boston...once I finally ship it. (Which will happen soon! Just have to deposit a pay check...)

Fig Monday!

I already described what Fig Monday is in my last post. But I did not tell you about the amazing live-painting that was done during the message. Two of the people in my small group are artists, and a couple, and they painted the background scene during the first part of the message, wherein he talked about Palm Sunday. Then they painted over it with the fig branch. It was amazing. I have a video of them painting the tree over the background too. I'll upload that eventually. :)

Snow

It's April. And there's snow on the tree outside my apartment window. Thalia was not pleased. I was not pleased. AND I didn't have a snow brush-thing so I had to wait to go into work until after the lease office opened so I could borrow one. Then I went straight to Walmart to buy my own snow brush. I am officially a Coloradan...ha! Yeah, good joke.

INTERNETS

Alright, I'm not the smartest cookie. I know nothing about actual computer things, I just know about programming things. And even that is limited. I just don't care. Anyway, I looked on the list that Comcast had for recommended routers (or so I thought), and it said a Motorola surfboard, which is, in fact, not a router. It's a cable modem. So I bought it, not paying any attention, cause my mind was on other things, and then the guy came at 8am and I had no router! So I ran out to Target and grabbed a router and ran back. Yay living in a wonderfully located apartment!

But the point is, I have internet access! Yay!

Mint Condition

My first Oracle Mint Condition! Thursday was a late night and there's a Caribou right on my way to work. Huzzah! :)

I was going to do some more of the 50 Questions....but I'm super tired.


I would like to ask for continued prayers/good thoughts my way. I'm putting on a brave face because I don't know what else to do...but I'm pretty messed up. I really appreciate all the love that's been shown to me in the last couple days. It means a lot.
